Makayla was energetic and friendly. She shows care to the client and strives to provide a great service. We looked over the areas waxed for anything that needed touch up and she was accommodating of that. I did leave with minor leftover wax on the skin. She is very open to meeting the client preference but wax seems to be her proficiency over sugaring.

Micha was phenomenal. Needed a last-minute appointment after touching down in Barbados and gave her a call. Time slot wasn’t available online but she squeezed me in! First-time client and it was an experience that rivalled the care and service I get in NYC. Very friendly and super professional, the service was the least painful I’ve ever experienced! Will definitely be returning to Zera Beauty next time I’m in town.

Found Makayla through Google and booked for the next business-day. She was super communicative before the appointment.
I did both sugaring and waxing. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. We chit-chatted the whole time. Studio is also clean and air-conditioned. Great experience.
