Zanzibar in Curaçao is one of those places that really stays with you—even though it’s been a while since my visit, I still think about it.
The biggest highlight for me was the setting—right by the water, with a relaxed and beautiful atmosphere. The ambience is just perfect: great lighting, good music, and an overall vibe that makes it easy to unwind and enjoy the moment.
Whether it was the drinks, the food, or simply sitting there taking it all in, everything came together really well. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, have a quiet drink, and just enjoy being there.
Highly recommend if you’re visiting Curaçao—definitely worth experiencing.

Great option in Jan Thiel for a beach club day. There are many sun loungers available, service was attentive, and prices are reasonable. The shrimp 🍤tempura was very yummy. Surely I will be back.

This popular restaurant (booking is recommended), which is located directly on the beach, offers a nice experience.
The view was lovely, especially since we were able to watch the sunset.
The food was nice, but not extraordinary, especially given the price, though this was to be expected given the location.
The service was good; however, the staff tried to take our unfinished plates too early and too many times, which was a little uncomfortable.

Good lunch food options that leaned more towards easy bar food. Great service with multiple servers assisting with any table. Amazing setting right next to the water and not too crowded. Only two small entrances into the water was the only downside.
