The vibe there is therapeutic. The atmosphere is very nice and high energy. You get help from Dexter and Justin on mornings with the equipment as they trayou how to use them. The owner Stephen keeps the place alive wirh his inspiring energy.

Relaxed atmosphere and friendly, helpful management. Very reasonable rates. I'm not a regular gym guy, but I really like working out here several times a week while we're staying in Barbados.

Small and cozy but a wealth of experience in this place. Classes like toning and fitness, cross fit on Saturday mornings, and weights that range from 2 pounds to 1200. There's a squat rack and an open area to die in afterwards. Worth it. And well priced. $5 per day, $20 a week, $50 a month.
Caters to the disabled as well. All even floor and the community atmosphere means you'll never feel left out.
