🇧🇧 I went and got myself two beds. This is my third time shopping there. True out a few years span. If you want a bed this is the place to get it. My opinion. Delivery is easy. Service could need a tweaker too on the friendly side.🇧🇧

Purchased a bed from there at a great price. Same day delivery was also very convenient. Had a great customer experience. Will definitely purchase from there again.

I had the opportunity to meet Mr Fabian Leacock of this establishment after I requested a Supervisor to Speak with in respect to my concern . It was an experience to which no customer should have to experience. Mr. Leacock in my opinion was dismissive responded with abrupt answers and had an angry stance He also intimated or responded to the effect that he had better things to do with his time .A very awful experience .

The sales woman was knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. The dissatisfaction happened when I noticed a stained on the new mattress and the tardy delivery. I waited whole day for a mattress to arrive at 8pm. I also had to tell the delivery people I paid extra to have the mattress carried upstairs. A simple phone call from someone at the business explaining the delivery was behind schedule would have been appreciated. I recommend the business look at ways to improve your drivers quality of service.

I love that there was variety. Was happy to see other merch being offered like pillows, cushions, sponge. Needless to say I love my new pillow top and bottom lux firm mattress. Glad I chose World Bedding. Service was great too.
