Been using for over 20 years and usually the service is four star but not this time. I sent my barrels in November 2025. Today is February 4th and I've been told that I have to collect them myself even though I had a friend put on the bill of lading . There was a dispute going forwards and back between Rams in the UK and Windward as to whether he was on the paperwork. I have a copy and so does my friend. Now after being told that I need to complete authorisation forms, I'm being told that I need to collect them myself. I do not live in Barbados and I'm am disabled and in a lot of pain today. When I sent the barrels they had stuff for my ex who was suffering with cancer. He died late December waiting for his stuff. Now I have to go through that barrel when I unpack it. I had been emailing the address given on their website but no response. Considering they claim that they've been phoning me and even wrote to me I have no evidence. Even now I've been emailing Shanta and she has been replying to my friend who isn't collecting them anymore as they say he's not on the paperwork. So why is she communicating through him? There's now talk about storage fees etc 🙄These short two weeks were supposed to be a holiday after the death last year. I came with friends for a birthday and now on the actual birthday, I'm having to collect my stuff. Who travels twice just to collect stuff from their UK home?? Worse service to date. Unusual, yes but painful and unnecessary none the less.

There is a $1.00 fee for ID photocopies, and please note that credit cards are not accepted—they only take cash or local debit cards (likely to bypass processing fees).👀😐😒 On the bright side, the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

I highly recommend Windward Agencies. They are very professional. We will always use them. Did not have to wait very long. Took things out and put them back in . Paid the duty. Finished very quickly. If you are looking for a shipping agency. You have found the right one . I give them a 10/10 .

Felicia has been the most friendliest person with professionalism at 1st class. But for some reason they always manages to steal your stuff. Never leave your barrel there after it has been open and checked, or take a lock!!!
