This is the branch close to the bridge in Bridgetown. Been there three times. And each time the service was that of FBI wannabes. The unnecessary interrogation. The overall unprofessionalism. Had one young guy rudely wave goodbye at me when I forgot my purse that held my ID. Then made things very difficult for me to make the money transfer by repeatedly telling the lady who was tending to me that my friend who chose to wait outside was suspicious. Making her question why I was there, instead of minding his business and making his customer wait longer to be served. I hated each experience each time I went. And it's not right what they're doing. I remained polite even when he was being unprofessional and rude. They could use a refreshers course on courtesy, cause they don't have an ounce of it.

Western Union at Jordan's supermarket in Bridgetown employees did not display good customer service. As a visitor to the island I feel uneasy dealing with Western Union based on the service received there

This is for Haggatt Hall since it is not on Google Maps. Very disappointed and poor service I received here. Hope this is improved because western unions' reputation is on the line. Looking forward to a better experience next time.

It's becoming a very serious issue getting funds when sent. It seem they have policies that are not customer friendly.
