Been using them since they opened… They received my packaged then for months couldn’t tell me where it was…. Then said it’s missing and said I didn’t pay for extra insurance so only gave me $100usd Valve refund on a 900usd Item…. No remorse, No trying to make it “Right” just this is our policy so take it….

When I first started shipping with this company the service was great but in the last 6 months or so it has just been a horrible experience. The customer service is poor, they take two months or longer to clear packages and there never communicate what the issue for the delays are. No one answers the phone or emails so to get an update you have to go to the store. After receiving my final packages I'm done with this company

Horrible. Once Again they have failed. I hate to to these things but this is the second time my package has been stolen. It’s frustrating. In all this is my fourth time having an issue with this company. My two first issues? My packages took more than a month to come & yes i sent the right invoice. This happened twice. My packages were stolen twice. One did not turn up & the other package was ripped open like someone went through it & & put another packaging bag over it. Honestly i was only using this shipping company because is seemed pretty straightforward & it was not too far from my husband’s barbershop. But if my stuff does not turn up by the end of this month I’m switching over to somewhere else. This is highly unethical & the worst service I’ve probably received for anything like this.

Internal communication is horrible! First I was told my package was at the port since July. They sent an email stating they auctioned my package after saying they haven't received it. Now I cant get a refund.
