West Rock Villas is an exceptional choice in Barbados, comfortably surpassing any accommodation we've experienced on previous visits. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Paul, setting the tone for a stay marked by comfort and privacy. The villa itself, with its immaculate interiors and stunning ocean views, is beautifully furnished— including a supremely comfortable four-poster bed that ensured a perfect sleep every night. The considered layout of the villas and landscaping guarantees complete privacy, with each terrace secluded from any other guests. Adding to the charm are the surroundings rich in wildlife and a pool that, to our delight, we had to ourselves, basking in sunlight each day. The location is fantastic, a short trip into Holetown and the beautiful beaches along the West Coast. There is a footpath leading directly from the villas to the beachfront in around 7-8 minutes, for those who prefer to walk. Paul was an excellent host, always available if we needed anything, yet ensuring we had complete privacy. His attentive yet unobtrusive approach aligns perfectly with the relaxing atmosphere at the villas, contributing to a peaceful and undisturbed experience throughout our stay. I thoroughly recommend West Rock Villas and look forward to visiting again soon.

Eight very nicely appointed villas in very quiet spot overlooking fields & sea. Each villa has a lovely private veranda & there's a small shared pool. It's an oasis of calm - made fun by occasional monkey visit, cows in adjacent field & birds - the exact opposite of a busy hotel. Paul & Lorraine were really helpful, both whilst we stayed but also in advance, sharing lots of tips and answering the heaps of questions we had as first time visitors. Our 3 best tips from Paul & Lorraine: 1. Think about hiring a car - it's an island worth exploring. Get rental car delivered to villa on morning after arrival to avoid unfamiliar drive in the dark after long flight. 2. Taxis. Daytime walk to Holetown (approx 40 mins) is nice. Evening, best avoided - unlit road, no pavement/sidewalk. Get to know Shirt who runs a small taxi business. Collected us from airport and took us to/from restaurants every night. Lovely guy. Paul has details. 3. The Deck. Only ate there once but we were worried that, with late evening flight and uncertain of arrival time, we'd have to skip a meal. It's less than 10 mins walk away on neighbouring Sugar Hill complex. Handy for a drop in. Nearest beach, Alleynes, by Lone Star is big & picturesque - 10/15 mins walk. Thunder Bay has great vibe, esp late afternoon music & sunset - 30 mins walk. Would definitely return. Many thanks.

We just returned from a 10 day stay at West Rock Villas and are already looking to return next year. We were in a one bedroom villa which was spacious, light filled, and clean. The kitchen is just what you need to keep basics on hand and we enjoyed the porch day and night with a cocktail or glass of wine. The farm next door is a lovely reminder that you’re in nature. We enjoyed watching the animals (especially the monkeys) run around nearby. The villas are also closes to beautiful beaches as well as wonderful restaurants. We can’t get back fast enough!

We stayed for 9 days at the Villas for my 50th birthday celebration. From the booking through to the day we left Paul, Bronte, and Michelle were A-class and made our stay/experience there so memorable. The Villas are modern, and clean and have brilliant AC which is a must, especially at that time of the year. Paul did little touches like dropping us at the Supermarket to pick up shopping, helping my partner get little surprises for my birthday morning like a cake and balloons, and generally advising where the best places would be to eat. If you are looking for a quiet, tranquil, and stunning location then West Rock Villas is the place for you.

This was our second visit to West Rock Villas, and we had a fantastic stay again! We stayed in one of the Two Bed Villas this time, which gave us more space, but the one bed villas are great too. All of them are very stylishly decorated, super comfortable, and have everything you need to prepare and cook meals. The owner Paul is super friendly and helpful, and always around if there’s anything we needed, but the villas are so well done there isn’t much we needed. The location is perfect. Great beaches are only a 5 min drive away (or maybe 10 mins walk if you don’t have a car). The same for good spots to eat, and there are lots more restaurants about 10mins drive either towards Speightstown or towards Holetown. And the Massy supermarket in Holetown is very easy to get to, and they have a good stock of everything. If you are thinking about booking West Rock, just do it, you won’t regret it! It’s far better than any resort hotel room, and for a fraction of the price, and it’s on the best part of the west coast. And if you like a pool, you’ll most likely have it to yourself most days. We can’t wait to come back again next year!
