I dropped off my car at United Commercial Autoworks Ltd on Roebuck Street on the 24th May 2022 for a premium service job which should be a simple service job but since then I do not know what they did, I have not got back my car and it is not starting. They washed the engine without my approval, hid the fact they washed the engine only for me to find out this week thats what they did. These people are not professionals in any sense and I am seriously doubting their technical skills. I would not recommend anyone service their vehicle there. I am in the process of looking into legal advice as it's been almost 2 weeks now, they have sent the ecu to repair, the technician is not finding any issues with the ecu. These people cannot get my vehicle working. I drove my car into their compound, I never told them to wash the engine and now I do not have my car. I appealed to them to provide me a loaner vehicle until they get my car started but they were unwilling to do so. STAY AWAY everyone!!!
