My partner and I went to an amazing stick science workshop this week. We learnt lots from Sufi Wayne who was incredibly knowledgable.
The class included families and was very friendly. A must do for any martial artist at any level who are visiting Barbados.

I was looking for a boxing gym and came across UMMA. Sifu Wayne and his wife Petal are amazing. Very welcoming and very skilled. Classes are small and scaled to whoever attends, beginners don't feel like we're holding back the class at all. I also didn't feel "babied", the experience is tailored to the student. Private sessions are really great and worth the extra $. They do Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Kali and Jun Fan and more. I may even start my 4 year old too. Highly recommend.

Wayne provides an excellent, supportive atmosphere that makes learning realistic Martial Arts easy for students of all level and ages! Barbados is lucky to have Martial Arts Masters like him.
