Terrible Experience I flew from the United States with my family, excited for our vacation. We took a taxi directly to the confirmed hotel, armed with a confirmation letter and confidence that everything was in order. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find someone else already occupying the place. When I contacted the management, I was informed that the property had been double-booked. I never received an email or any notice of this issue, and even Booking.com had no record of the problem. I was initially assured assistance in securing another location, only to be told to find accommodations myself. This left my family scrambling at the last minute to find somewhere to stay, which ended up costing more and lacked the promised beach views. This experience was not only stressful but also incredibly disappointing. I plan to share my ordeal on TikTok and other social media platforms so others can be aware of how poorly this situation was handled. No one should have to endure this level of unprofessionalism and inconvenience during their vacation.
