Absolutely poor service. If you're not fighting to get through to them there is no resolution for your issue. What exactly am I paying for??? You all take my money seamlessly every month. After my last payment, I still received a letter stating that I owed you money and was told it was a discrepancy on your part. You NEVER forget to remind customers about "your money," yet when we need the said insurance to do what they are expected to do. It is either a no show, or an extensive delay. Foolishness. 😤

I think the location is very impersonal. There is a very small section where you query your insurance etc. Trident insurance does not provide a personalized experience for their customers. In addition, they also misinform their customers, the representative Ms. Best, informed me that I dont need to get the car valued upon renewing my insurance premium. When I visited yesterday to renew it. The young lady quoted me the same amount that I paid last year. Ms. Best had the audacity to tell me if I wanted the premium to go down I would need a valuation of the vehicle.

I am positive that the only 5-star reviews come from their employees because they do not care about their customers at all. They should leave their supervisors without a car for 6 weeks and see if their customer service will change then!

I was not happy when I came to look at the reviews and found everyone had the same experience as me. This company actually starts a clock from when a "call to service" is sent in. Terrible. The agent even told me to "call your insurance about your ruined floors" you and Leon's furniture @ 1599 stone Church rd in Hamilton Ontario Canada should be footing the bill for the repairs.

Customer service is horrible. I called 2x and was on hold for over 10 mins each time. The operator just blindly transfered me to anyone, all of which were not available. Since this is the service I'm getting before even purchasing a policy, this was an indication to shop elsewhere. Bad service, unavailable staff, unprofessional operator. If she is the voice of the company she certainly did a disservice and you just lost a potential customer.
