It is a private area with a personalized touch to fitness....If you are not comfortable in going to a gym with a lot of people..you can get the experience here with fewer clients.i.e..just you ..your gym buddy and the trainer.....you can even experience step aerobics ..spin biking and skipping on the balcony..Come and enjoy the experience...
