Fantastic, Fast, Affordable and Efficient service from this perfectly located laundry. Their opening hours are considerate for persons who work unusual hours and provide for last minute services.
Last time I visited, my grandmother's funeral was days away and I needed my jacket dry cleaned urgently.
I was met with friendly ladies who took good care of jacket and was willing to accommodate my requests, albeit a rush fee was charged. To add to their Affordability, I ended up paying less than what I had budgeted, even though there was a rush fee.
I would urge them to improve their parking space on the outside, but otherwise than that, it was great!

We asked our hotel to book a service wash and they selected Total Laundry.
The pricing is a little on the high side for some articles (examples below) - but we did request a “same day service”, so I am not going to complain or quibble over the price, nor will I penalise the laundry service for this. The quality of the service is excellent.
Everything came back.
Everything came back clean.
Underwear, socks, and the handkerchiefs were presented folded.
T-shirts and shorts were ironed and presented on a hanger.
They did an excellent service and I’d reuse them

I am very pleased with this business. I hope they maintain this standard, and hopefully those that haven’t had a good experience will maybe give some feedback to the business when they book and before they use the service again - that way the business can address the problems you had previously and hopefully meet your expectations on their next try.

Their services has been getting worse over the years. Now it's just in the dumps. Clothes NEVER come back on time and now it's taking weeks pass the due date. Never going back again

The service is subpar. Attendants do not acknowledge your presence. No "good day I'll be right with you." Instead, they just proceed to do whatever they are doing as if you're non existent, then finally, they approach you with blank expressionless stares.
Brought two items for cleaning, paid for express service, went to pick up my items only to wait for 30 minutes then told to return an hour later. I returned the next day and it was still not available immediately. I had to wait for another 15 minutes. In sum, some of the employees lack training in customer service, and the energy upon entering the facility oozes nonchalance!

Very very very unreliable!!!! Promised to stop using this laundry because of poor service. My last experience has confirmed I'll look for another laundry!!!!
