Great service and clean store.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The selection of countertops may not be as vast as elsewhere but it is not than adequate. Also, most of the slabs are located inside and this that are outside are properly covered and are on paved ground. For some people this may not be a big deal, but given my previous experiences selecting slabs from other establishments, I was quite pleased. They also provide you with proper samples of the countertops you may be interested in. Again, this is a big deal for me. On top of all of this, their prices are the best on the island. They will also recommend a fabricator for you to work with.

My most recent encounter was fantastic. Took a client there who had no idea what he wanted and the sales rep Crystal was patient and offered exceptional customer experience. Knowlegable and above and beyond

Bought some tiles jus a few days ago my tiler and I only yesterday he open the box to use these tiles and on opening all the tiles in the box were broken, took these tiles back this morning and was bluntly told that they can't be exchanged. I left them there and notified my attorney, who will be looking into this , plus I will take this issue up with the fair trading commission, but it serves me right, stay away from these Indian businesses.

Always excellent service with tile hut. Great prices and an excellent selection. I just went in again today to get some tiles for my neighbour. I would recommend this store to anyone.
