I wanted to leave my review for your business and my trip.
I would like to start by saying that you have amazing customer service skills. You and your assistant were a tremendous help in ensuring we knew all the details regarding the various packages and it helped us to narrow down on what we really wanted to do.
I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family, and as a matter of fact, I’ve already started.

Now for our trip… omgggg. We had an amazing cruise, no issues other than being slightly sea sick, but it was just pure fun, lots of food and laughter 😂 TUI Marella is true to the reviews regarding great customer service and there were lots of activities during the day and night. It is safe to say that due to this experience, we will be doing cruises from now on, and we are already planning our next trip as well lol.

Travel Empire was pivotal in making this trip successful!
From the moment we started planning she added value. When we knew what we wanted she added insight and when we didn’t know what we wanted, she offered recommendations.
During the trip she ensured she checked in frequently which was reassuring.

This is my first experience with Travel Empire and indeed a positive and memorable one. Celebrated my 50th birthday in July with a Euro trip to Paris and Greece.
My initial contact with Janet to share my interests was one of excitement, eagerness, I was always waiting to see what feedback, tips, awareness, the checkin, the WhatsApp msgs I believe I chatted with her more than some of my own family, the weekly updates, the proposals, I felt that she was there with me all the way, when I began my trip, I received a best wishes note from her. She is very resourceful.
I want to take this opportunity to thank Janet for the level of professionalism extended to me throughout this experience and I would definitely book with her again.

From the beginning of the consultation, I knew Travel Empire was the right fit for our small group of Senior Citizens. All our needs were met from wheelchair access bookings, arrangements for our tour guide and modes of transportation, we even had a pharmacy in front of our Hotel for easy access for any emergencies, kept in contact during the trip, just in general we give The Travel Empire 10 GOLD STARS. Everyone had a great time and they are all looking forward to next year for their next adventure.

This was our third vacation that was planned by Janet and her team. Janet is very professional and knowledgeable, and made sure that we were well prepared for our trips. She would send nuggets of information as time drew near to our departure dates to help us get ready. The check-ins didn't end there, throughout our time away she would touch base to see how everything was going. Janet offers an exceptional service from beginning to end.
