Located in the heart of Bridgetown the city, nicknamed the swing bridge by locals because of the opened apparatus to let small and medium sized boats in with tall sails into the Careenage.
The bridge's historical name is the Chamberlain Bridge and there's lots of history surrounding it...connecting the Independence Square/Arch on one side and the Parliament Buildings on the other.
