I had a very interesting experience here. For starters I want to say as far as live music…. This place is great!!! The music was amazing the performers were interactive! The band was AMAZING. You want a drink and to listen to music this is the place for you. NOW service and food…. I waited over an hour for my food and then it came out cold. The prices are relatively high for COLD food. Very upsetting and the owner of this place is RUDE with a capital R. I know it’s overwhelming when a restaurant is packed, BUT customer service goes a long way. An “I’m sorry for the wait”, “ is there anything I can do to accommodate you?” GOES A LONG WAY. Instead when we asked for our food and asked why it was cold. My family and I got “oh well” and just slick nasty remarks from she. It was unbelievable. Then she tried to make it up by bringing a flight of shots but she brought 5 shots and there was over 10 of us. So it just felt like a “ HERE DAMM”. Me giving the place 2 stars is SOLEY off the live band. Other than that I can’t believe the amount of attitude I received and my family and I spent A LOT of money here. I come to Barbados a least 3 times a year my family lives here and TRUST I won’t be coming back to the sage bar.

Two of us wanted to go in for a drink but we’re told it would be $50 dollars entry. Maybe the best venue in Barbados but we didn’t pay to find out. Plenty other venues during our trip more than happy to have our custom (also with good live music).

Just a great vibe. Great food and cocktails - and wonderful staff and service.
Unfortunately we didn’t catch any music as we arrived in the middle of a proper rainstorm, but we did get some great spoken work storytelling from the owner!

Absolutely fabulous venue, sound quality was perfect and the staff were excellent. Highly recommend.
