A nice stay in a clean apartment, lacked a few nice essentials (no kitchen basics at all) e.g. just a coffee sachet etc to get you through the first day etc. However a clean apartment, good kitchen cooker and large fridge. No flexibility on our requests to check in at 12 as we arrived early (albeit from an outsider perspective the place was very quiet), no flexibility on an hour or two after check out either. Fully appreciate this isn’t always possible but seemed very rigid for all. On checking in we weren’t overly impressed with the reception staff but it’s very much a hands off kind of stay in terms of how the staff interact with guests versus a hotel experience. Helpful in ordering taxis etc. Quite a walk to the beach so ensure you’re up for it in the heat. However it is great to be walking distance to the shopping centre and supermarket albeit not easy in the heat!

Not impressed. Reception staff incredibly rude and disinterested. You only have to look at the state of the reception area to get a feel for how you will be treated. To be fair, we didn't run into any other staff but our initial treatment on check in (and then check out) was enough to make us not want to try. Rooms upstairs are fair but the one we were in downstairs was like a dungeon - dark and dreary with bars on the windows overlooking a fenced off area. Amenities in rooms are basic - bedlinen, a bar of soap, bath towels and crockery etc. Nothing else of any description offered. Pool area OK but a bit cramped. Location good - close to Holetown but a car or taxi needed if coming home late at night. I have been coming to the island for a fair few years now and I am aware of the prices. For the money we were charged, I had higher expectations. I don't have a problem with it if the amenities are good and the service friendly. Sadly, not the case here.

RUN AWAY, rooms smells Weed, shower wasn’t cleaned, sink is blocked. I booked there for my last night of honeymoon, what a mistake. Just look the pictures and book another hotel. Lionel

OMG if you are looking for paradise I found it in this place is just beautifuly my daughter was celebrated another milestone so I decided to take and a surprise Vacation she loves it we stayed for couple of days in from the end of June to the beginning of July excellent I will highly recommend this hotel 🏨

A good find off the normal tourist trail. Good value given the location and great that you get access to the beach club right on the front. Rooms are a reasonable size and staff are really helpful. It’s about a 15 min walk to the start of the main town so you might want a car or download the pickup app.
