This was our favorite restaurant on the island - it was our only repeat visit during our visit! A charming environment with a phenomenal staff - from the welcoming nature of the chef/owner Greg to the impeccable service of Connor (and be sure to get his amazing family story!!) The Drunken Ribs are mouthwatering delicious. We also enjoyed the pork chop, oxtail and lasagna! And cannot go without a nod to the creative cocktails! 🍹

This was SO good. Can’t recommend it enough. I got the curry goat, and tried pholaurie as well. The curry goat was a huge, delicious serving, with some very tasty roti on the side. The pholaurie was something I had never heard of before but the spices and tamarind sauce were great. Their mojito is AWESOME. I’ll also emphasize that the staff here was awesome - super attentive and very friendly. It seemed like every few minutes someone new was hugging all the wait staff like they were best friends. Alongside the nice lighting and wooden dock-like vibe, the place is super welcoming and nice to be inside. I would come here again, and again, and again…

If you’re visiting St. Martin, Palm Restaurant is an absolute must. It was such a pleasant surprise to come across this gem, and it truly made my trip extra special. The restaurant is run by a lovely Canadian couple who clearly pour their heart into creating an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with outstanding service that feels both genuine and warm. The food is incredibly fresh, high-quality, and impressively creative. The cocktails are equally excellent, crafted with care and perfect to complement the meal. A huge shoutout to the bartenders and servers who deliver A+ service across the board. Their attention, friendliness, and professionalism really elevate the entire experience. As a fellow Canadian, I couldn’t be prouder to see such a wonderful business thriving here. I wish them continued success and all the best. I’ll definitely be returning and next time, I’m bringing the rest of my family! Highly recommended to anyone looking for amazing food, great drinks, and truly exceptional hospitality because you won’t be disappointed :)

First of all, the customer service here is truly top notch. Our servers, Ramon and Connor, have become like family every time we visit the island. They always show us love, remember us, and make every experience feel special. Ramon even put me onto a cheesecake they had back in December—and I’ve been thinking about it ever since! The food is consistently excellent. The curry goat is perfectly tender and cut into bite-size pieces just the way I like it. And the roti? Absolutely delicious—so good you can eat it plain with no sauce… and that’s coming from a Jamaican, so that says a lot. One night my partner and I stopped by without reservations, and the owner was incredibly sweet. She seated us outside in a small two-seater area tucked into the corner—you’re literally face-to-face with the people next to you (LOL), but it was cozy and charming. One of the owners, Jo, along with Ramon, checked on us to make sure we were good and even offered to move us inside once seating opened up. That right there is what I call exceptional hospitality. The food is amazing, the bathrooms are clean, and the vibe is welcoming. One night as the chefs were leaving for the evening, everyone actually clapped for them, which says everything about the respect and appreciation in that place. This restaurant is a must-visit every time I’m on the island.

From the moment we walked in, this place struck the perfect balance between casual comfort and chic style. It has a truly quaint, welcoming vibe that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. Every detail—from the décor to the atmosphere—feels thoughtfully curated without trying too hard. The service was absolutely exceptional. Attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly, the staff made us feel like valued guests the entire time. It’s rare to find a team that hits that perfect note between professionalism and personality, but they nailed it. And then there’s the food—simply outstanding. The Caribbean flavors are rich, authentic, and incredibly satisfying. The oxtail was tender and packed with deep, savory flavor, the curry goat was beautifully spiced and cooked to perfection, and the house-made roti? Easily the best I’ve ever had—fresh, soft, and the perfect complement to everything on the plate. This is the kind of place you find yourself thinking about long after you’ve left. A true gem, and without a doubt, a five-star experience. This place is a must visit and highly recommended!
