Wonderful vacation. Very impressed with the professionalism and interactions with Shakira Jones. From day 1 any questions concerns and queries were answered and resolved immediately and efficiently. What stands out is a situation occured which required her immediate attention and even though it was after midnight she promptly resolved the problem with no complaints. Thank you for the excellent customer service which is very rare these days.

I will never use this company ever again, Kira specifically is full of it, all she wants is the commission and then once you need her for anything else its impossible to get a hold of her. So unprofessional. As a Canadian who visits barbados often let me tell you NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVERRRR VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! They will take your money and leave you stranded. DO NOT WORK WITH KIRA!
