After 4 weeks in Barbados, this is the food I keep dreaming about! Their lamb roti is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Also the staff were super friendly and very helpful! Question for anyone who has had this: I live in Nashville and I’m trying to find something similar, but I’m learning there are many different kinds of curries. Can anyone point me in the right direction of what style of curry I should be looking for to find something similar? Thank you!

Nice roti, however what stood out to me was the amazingly pleasant cashier. Keep up the good work! They also have a really nice sorrel chutney that I recommend anyone try.
