Asked the lady at green hill location about how soon hikari products will be back in stock...her response was very unprofessional and no sort of customer service...I’ll stick too my back yard suppliers.

I went there over the holidays to get someone a present and not knowing to much about fish the young man there assisted me even giving advice on how to care from them etc it was a very nice experience

I went to Super Pets Mart at Green Hill to buy some food and toys for my kitten. I was also looking for a cat carrier to take on the plane. The lady in charge advised me to wait until I contacted my airline for size allowance for the carrier. I really appreciated her advice rather than letting me spend the money for a carrier that wouldn't be allowed on the plane. I found the service to be very friendly and courteous. Will go back to buy my carrier there.

Very unpleasant experience at the green hill location, Staff's attitude was very unprofessional and not willing to help when asked. Probably won't be going back to that location 🙄
