We returned home 3 weeks ago. Keiza worked tirelessly for us when we had an illness. She gave us accurate, helpful information and even took a call on her day off. She was always visible at the hotel and had lots of recommendations for trips and car hire. Great asset to the Sun Tours and Virgin Atlantic.

Kezia was very helpful in arranging both our catamaran trip and transfer to the airport from the hotel. Although there was a hi cup with the transfer itself this had nothing to do with Kezia. Well done and thanks.
