Being told at 6:10pm i can't get any condiment on my sub because they already did the stock count so they won't refill the bottle is ridiculous. You close at 8:30pm. They didn't tell the person making the subs for the customers. Had to take something i didn't necessarily want because it was already made.

It’s a normal subway and everything, but as far as the service goes, it’s absolutely horrible. There was one nice young lady who dealt with me but the other two seriously needs to reevaluate their choice in having a job in customer service where they will be required to interact with all sorts of people. Firstly, when taking our order, she was very impatient with my younger sister (who is 13 by the way) when she was telling her what she wanted. She kept rolling her eyes at the two of us. In addition, there was a moment where she said something to us (keep in mind she had on a Covid mask), and we were unable to decipher what was said due to the accent and incoherently soft tone. We simply asked her to repeat, but she proceeded to suck her teeth, roll her eyes and flung the bread across to the other worker (who was admittedly the only nice one there). It was my younger sisters’ first time ordering for herself, and she felt really bad after the encounter (She cried). Secondly, they gave me the wrong sandwich and when I left I only noticed after I opened it and had to come all the way back. I understand that may have been human error but the audacity to act like it was my fault after coming back to get my own one was absolutely appalling. Fix this issue and ensure that the lady with the drawn on eyebrows and the chubby one have proper costumer service training if they are to continue dealing with people. Thank you.

The young lady was very rude and threw bacon off my sandwich

Staff was polite and helpful. I was very disappointed to find toaster oven not working and neither was the drinks machine!! I wasn't given any other alternative option and told I'd have to pay separately for items instead of adding combo.. The store is not worth opening as its false advertising. It's not a subway but sandwich bar. This was not the subway experience I was expecting and will be letting friends and family know not to waste their money. Also "red onion" is for salads not white!!! I will not be retuning to subway again!!
