Went to check the gym out to see what equipment it may have, and the equipments in the gym are definitely good enough to see results. I recommend :)

I keep coming back to this gym whenever I feel the need to get back in shape. Good environment to work out. Beware the mosquitos 🦟.

Strike Force prices are low. It's easy to ask David or one of the members for help getting started. Nice place to sweat while making friends.
Best to park nearby and walk inside.

can get a proper weight workout in, the environment is down to earth and equipment is good. Limited shower facilities and cardio machines if any.
