From enquiry to collection, communication was excellent, friendly and quick to respond. Arranged for drop off and collection from different locations either end of the island at our apartments. Clint, who dropped the car to us was on time as arranged and took the time to go through everything very clearly and answered a few questions. We inspected the car together before he left and pointed out the few scratches and general condition. We hired a soft top Jimney which was perfect for touring the island as a few locations we wanted to visit were across fields and tracks, so the 4WD came in handy. I will be using Stoutes when back on the island next year and would highly recommend using their services to other visitors. 10/10 service..

I rented a Swift motor vehicle car ,with this company (September 1st - 6th 2025)..I ve enjoyed always doing business with Stoutes Car Rentals over the yrs.Their professionalism over the years has been awesome. Whenever I travel to Barbados they are always my go to rental car place,picking it up from the Granley Adams International Airport, and returning it there when it is time to leave with no hassle at all, their cars are always clean and extremely reliable.They their customer service representatives have always been friendly and continued to be friendly to me the customer as well over the years. This standard has never fallen.

I’ve rented from Stoutes Car Rentals for two years in a row (2024 and 2025). Each time I rented a car (not an SUV). The cars were serviceable and worked as expected, but they were not modernly equipped. This year (2025), my car functioned well throughout my two-plus week stay in Barbados. The full-size car did have several scratches and markings, which were documented at pickup. However, when I returned the car, the associate asked if I had taken pictures or videos. I explained that the damages were already listed in the contract, but he still seemed skeptical. It wasn’t until another Stoutes associate confirmed the documentation that the return process was completed without issue. Overall, I will continue renting from Stoutes because they offer fair prices and convenient airport access. That said, based on my recent experience, I recommend taking your own photos of any existing damage at pickup for peace of mind.

A very easy and efficient pick up and drop off at the airport. The vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas. No issues whatsoever.

Rented a minivan for our family of 6 and the process was seamless. Clear communication at the airport pick up and drop off. We had a dead battery leave us stranded on day 2 and they came within an hour to replace it and get us going again. Definitely recommend.
