I've been here a few times and generally had a good experience with the quality of work. However, one interaction completely turned me off from this place due to a serious lack of professionalism. My car was dirtier than usual because I work in construction, and it had been a tough week on the job. When the employee opened my door, he immediately started making judgmental comments, asking why my car was so messy. I explained that I’m in construction and had been working on the ground. But he continued, suggesting I must not be financing my car because "you couldn’t treat it that way if you were." He even commented on how late it was to bring in a car in that condition.
This was not only unprofessional but also embarrassing, as I felt unfairly judged rather than respected as a paying customer. Comments like these should never be directed at a customer, especially in a service industry where respect and understanding are essential. Instead of offering solutions or assistance, the employee made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, which unfortunately overshadowed the positive experiences I’d previously had.

I called in to SteamBoyz and spoke to a young lad who was in the middle of cleaning a vehicle. I asked if he could valet the inside and and outside of my car within the hour as I had somewhere I needed to be. He said he could. 1 hour later I returned and the car was spotless. No sand in the car, all the inside had been cleaned and polished. The outside was spotless. The service and quality is excellent and all for $40BBD. I definitely recommend this company which is located within the parking area at the Sheraton Mall, Sargeants Village

Got a new car, took it here for service and they broke multiple pieces in my car, along with detaching my airbag in the drivers seat. Now the airbag light is always on and the back seat does not reattach to the car. Does not recommended. I spoke to the ownee and he prerry much told me that its not his problem...
