The Staff here are awful. They have zero customer service skills, they are either not trained or unable to communicate effectively, they're rude and frankly poor at every aspect of a basic job. So going through the disappointing order process with people that have the service skills of a TSA agent who has discovered contraband, we then get delivered two mocha's that were basically creamy hot water. Screw this branch. STARBUCKS HEAD OFFICE SHOULD PAY AN INCOGNITO VISIT!

I’ve been to Starbucks all over the planet — conflict zones, remote islands, transit hubs at 3 a.m. — and somehow the Holetown location manages to be the worst of them all. It’s almost impressive how spectacularly bad it is. The staff move with the enthusiasm of people being forced to work at gunpoint, except with less urgency. Nobody cares, nobody tries, and nobody even pretends. You could stand there waiting and they’d look right through you like you owe them money. The coffee? An insult. A crime. A liquid reminder that suffering exists. It tastes like someone burned a tire, strained it through a beach towel, and poured it in a cup with a smile that says, “We know. We don’t care.” I’ve never seen such apathy, such indifference, such absolute “don’t give a damn” energy in any Starbucks worldwide — and trust me, my passport is full. If you’re thinking of going: don’t. Go literally anywhere else. Make instant coffee in a hotel sink. Chew coffee beans straight. Anything is an upgrade from this catastrophe.

I recently visited this Starbucks location with my son while visiting Barbados. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and left us both feeling extremely uncomfortable. As we stood at the counter placing our order, the cashier burst into loud laughter. Whether or not it was directed at us, the timing made it feel personal and unsettling, almost like being back in high school facing a group of bullies. To make matters worse, when I attempted to pay by tapping my card, I was abruptly told, "Not that machine," while the correct machine remained partially hidden in the cashier’s hand with no further guidance. There was a lack of basic courtesy or customer care throughout the interaction. As someone who has worked at Starbucks in the U.S. and visited locations around the world, I’ve come to expect a consistent level of professionalism and warmth. This visit fell far below those expectations and was, quite frankly, the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I hope this feedback encourages better training and awareness so future guests aren’t made to feel the way we did.

I’ve never visited a coffee shop anywhere in the world that runs out of milk as often as here - sometimes no normal milk for 1 week. The irony being it’s attached to a Massy, so they could buy milk when needed. The staff are nice, but the management clearly don’t know how to run a business / manage their supply chain.

I visited this Starbucks in Barbados to grab a coffee and get some work done, but the experience was disappointing. It’s located in the pre-entry of a supermarket, with no indoor seating. The few outdoor tables were dirty and covered in bird droppings, and they seemed to be open to anyone, not just Starbucks customers. The atmosphere is far from relaxing, making it impossible to sit and enjoy your coffee. It’s really only good for takeaway. I would have rated the atmosphere, but the food and service were acceptable.
