3 visits in order to get a package. It was safe and sound, but it took ALL WEEK to get it sorted out and cleared. Make sure you know the exact value of every single thing inside, or they will just guess how much they think it should be worth. Completely arbitrary.

Was told to come by before 3:15 to collect a package they could not deliver to me since they couldn’t find the place. Okay! No problem. Come by 1:45 and am told the entire place has gone to lunch, be back in an hour. I’m sorry, what?????? Your hours of operation are listed as 8-3:15 nowhere there says lunch break 1:30-2:30 or whatever! And why does a whole business have to lunch the same time? nonsense. Waste of my time, my energy and my expensive RH gas.
