Beautiful place for sure! Although we were the only ones there, no greeting, welcome, hello….staff doing their job but just barely. We collected our coffees and pastries and sat at a nice table. After 30 min thought maybe they would take our plates away? Even if just to be courteous , instead the staff more interested in standing around talking. Nobody made us feel special or welcome. We left and made a point of saying good by and thank you, although they were not interested in any customer interaction. Such a shame, we were thinking of hosting a private party here, but were completely underwhelmed with the staff. Beautifully decorated is the only highlight of this business.

Nice food and great atmosphere but why do customers have to take their own food to their tables while staff stand there and watch them do it? Why can't the staff behind the counter serve patrons and clear the tables when we are done eating instead of standing and talking behind the counter? It is such a strange concept given the type of space it is.

The everything bagel was quite nice. They modified mine to leave out the bacon. Seafood and veggie options are a bit limited. Our server was very helpful in making choices.

The food was amazing. Bit of a long wait but worth it.
The weird thing is that they give you a beeper to come and pick your food up from the counter but do not provide a tray so you have to walk over and back and over and back to deliver your food to your table while the staff stare at you. I find that odd.

I was pleased with my experience there, I would go again for the brunch, relaxing atmosphere. The menu options have pretty interesting combos. The service received was also good, the young lady that serviced us was pleasant.
