The service personnel was great but the most important aspect of going there was to get an accurate report on a CT Scan. Regrettably the report turned out to be woefully inaccurate and what made matters worse, the surgeon was guided by that report. Since then, I reached out to Spectrum but there has been no feedback. Surgeons depend on Radiologists before proceeding to surgery so an inaccurate report is the worst scenario

Excellent customer service and the Dr's bedside manner was refreshing.I was a bit nervous and he spoke to me throughout ,I felt so relaxed and comfortable .I left there knowing that Spectrum was my first choice going foward.
