Spouse Upper Carlton , is only One Place I could relate to and that's Peter Hinds Place , it's called "The First And Last Bar" if you are coming from Highway-2A to the West , it's the last Bar before Westlook Apts and if you are coming from the West , Highway-1A , then it's the first Bar after Westlook Apts . Can't miss it !!!!

Go on Wednesdays and order the shrimp souse. Light, fresh and tangy ceviche-like dish. Very local place with plastic chairs, ice cold beer, loud reggae and friendly regulars. Two tables have ocean views
