Went to Sol Bank Hall and again very unsatisfactory customer service. One attendant was working on his own. The supervisor or manager on duty did not come out to apologize for the long wait or even help. Not going back there!

Well apparently Sol Delivery Service is spiraling downwards as I ordered a cylinder more than a week ago and was given a delivery date. Tha date has now passed and not a single communication from customer service despite my several messages sent to them. So customer service is also in need of improvement. So it seems as though we have to pay and beg for good customer service ☹️

AVOID ALL SOL GAS STATIONS. This evening I was held hostage at a sol as they "tried to rectify" an issue causes on their end. I requested $50 in gas and instead of doing that they filled up the tank and charged me $150. I asked them to remove the excess gas as a compromise. They told me it would take 3 hours to do so. Then all of a sudden no one was available to siphon the gas. Then they told me that I could not leave and they were calling police. I was fine with that as I also wanted to speak with police. No one came. I asked to speak to a higher supervisor they REFUSED. and threatened again to call police if I left. I Do not recommend dealing with this company as it seems to be a national issue. They explained that this problem gas happened before at that location and at Paynes Bay as If that should solve my problem. I then was admonished by the "supervisor" who proceeded to call me all sorts of foul things and insulated my upbringing. again for an issue caused on their end. I was held hostage there and treated like a criminal as the employees all snickered around me. No one has apologized and I'm surprised that this is how I was treated by 2 supervisors. Go elsewhere

Sometimes I have to wait extremely too long to get my barbecue gas refilled. Other than that the security guys are very helpful and friendly and so is the cashier..

As a Canadian Bajan with a home in Barbados who uses it as a guest house, I'm always in need of quick efficient gas service which Sol always provides! Great prices too!
