I walked into the store looking for arch support shoes. First young lady showed me a set then disappeared. 5 mins later a tall brown skin guy came to me. I told what I was looking for, he showed me the same one the young lady showed me and then he took to the shelve and showed the remainder. I reviewed the shoes and when I am looking for him close by to find out more ie size wise etc he back and the counter where you pay leaning up with the others talking about people and their marriage. I placed the shoes back where they are for and limped out of the store. Customers are in the store. Focus on your job then talk after they have left.

Great place for exercise shoes, they have a wide variety of women shoes and a tall brownskin young man gives excellent service to the customers🤝🏾

I went there to buy a pair of shoes and i had the best customer service the manager there was really great and helpful as well.

My wife purchased a pair of running shoes, when she got home the shoes felt tight. She decided to take them back the next day.
when she got to the store the Manager told her they can not take the shoes back you can only get a credit.
so she went and got another pair of shoes which was slip-ons the price on the shoes were $116.00 when she got to check them out the Manager told her the shoes were $160.00 and someone mark the shoes incorrectly..
The Manager should have a sign in the store about return policy.
The shoes in the store you can hardly see the price tag and most of them are label incorrectly.
When you are trying on shoes in the store they only give you one shoe to try on at a time.
Skechers staff in Barbados needs more training on how to represent the company it leaves a bad Taste in mouth.
The staff there was very helpful..
