I always have a great experience shopping at Simplicity Couture. The customer service given is 5 star! Tameisha is knowledgeable about the items being sold, helpful, patient and very accommodating! I was pleasantly surprised at the material of the clothes was such great quality. I also love that the perfumes and colognes are reasonably priced. I will definitely continue to shop here

I was frantically trying to find a dress to wear to graduation. I utilized the delivery service and viewed two styles and fortunately one worked. The shopping experience from beginning to end was friendly and efficient. The icing on the cake was that she remembered my graduation date and wished me a Happy Graduation day! Most online stores are not doing it like that anymore. Kudos to you.
