Worst service I’ve ever experienced. 1. My agent went on vacation in the middle of my transaction with no notice to me. 2. One of the pieces I ordered took FIVE MONTHS to be delivered with no communication as to what or why, regardless of me contacting them EVERY MONTH. And they didn’t think it was appropriate to offer some sort of compensation for the delay. I will NEVER do another transaction with them and I encourage anyone thinking of working with Silverline to do the same.

Very poor service especially after paying a high price for office furniture. Quotations never sent on time and it was as if you were begging. The first installation of equipment and furniture, one employee in particular was verbally abusive. Upon inspection of the partitions, particularly, the quality of the job done was very poor. Fabric not stitched well and it definitely obvious why they wanted to move the furniture themselves. Will avoid in future. Wanted to support local business but may have to rethink this.

Helpful staff, take you all the way through your customized piece without leaving out any details. Abit pricey but it's worth it especially when you receive your finished piece built to your specifications.

Ordered a chair. Very quick service and the delivery driver took the time to explain the controls before leaving.

Came in for a shower attachment, was in a hurry, ( had to pick up the kids)was met by courteous efficient staff that found the part I needed , paid and left within 10 mins.
