The facility is clean and calming, the staff are all very friendly. Sanaaz was my massage therapist and gave me the best 1.5 hour aromatherapy massage and mini facial. I Highly recommend Shanti Serenity Spa and Sanaaz to anyone looking for a relaxing spa day and massage.

I contacted the Spa via WhatsApp and they fit me in the same day. Service was top notch. Ambiance was delightful. Everyone was very professional. Tiffany, the spa manager was my technician and she did a wonderful job. I would definitely return here anytime I am in Barbados.

Y’all! Please do yourself a favor and visit Shanti Serenity Spa and ask for Tiffany. I recently visited Barbados on vacay and was unable to get an appointment with my esthetician before I left for my trip. I searched high and low for a place to do my wax. I was told about a spa at a hotel and when I visited ,they did not have any available slots for when I needed. Fast-forward a few minutes later… I’m so glad that spa was not available. I happen to drive by Shanti Serenity Spa and saw this cute aesthetic outside, took a chance, and decided to go in. The aura was serene, the inside aesthetic was clean and did lend itself to a spa-like feel, and the decor was just up my alley. Tiffany greeted me and I asked if there was any chance they had any availability for an “emergency “ waxing. Now just picture a vacay with beach vibes and you can’t get cute… not a vibe (lol)!Tiffany was kind enough to fit me in last minute. Her bedside manner was professional, friendly, reassuring, (funny at moments and down to earth while we chatted a little through the session), and she was knowledgeable about skincare. These are all important to me, especially if I’m going to “cheat” on my regular esthetician (haha). I left there feeling so happy and satisfied with the services. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in need of a wax. They also do other services (nails, massages, facials). When I go back to visit this lovely island, I will certainly visit Tiffany to try one of the other services offered. Keep up the wonderful work, Shanti Serenity Spa! As a customer, we appreciate these types of experiences.

Best spa therapist is kiana , hands down she made me feel so comfortable and she explained everything she was doing to a Tee.
