When visiting Barbuda be sure to make a stop at Shak-A-Kai and enjoy the best beach bar in all the Caribbean. Call ahead and amazing fresh lobster will be waiting.

Freshly BBQed Lobster on the greatest Caribbean beach there is. We dragged our dingy up the beach for the most perfect sunset dining on 3 incredible lobsters served with jacket potato’s, garlic butter and a few pina coladas, what more could you want. It’s rustic, it’s authentic and Enoch is an absolute gem. He likes chill vibes, good lobsters, friendly diners and is relatively shy / chilled out. For our American friends, he’s not being rude when he doesn’t ask you about your life story, something I’ve sadly seen on many reviews :( we’ve cruised up and down all the Caribbean islands and this is hands down my favourite spot and cuisine.

Fresh lobster grilled on the spot that just makes the whole Caribbean dream come true!
Not only is the lobster phenomenal, the pina colada mocktail was the best I’ve ever had!
Be sure to call & reserve the lobstah a day in advance!

Make sure you reserve 24 hours in advance! Enoch had everything ready when we arrived, but we had booked too closely to lunch, so he graciously wrapped everything up for us to take home. Hours later, we unwrapped dinner, warmed the baked potatoes, and dug in. This is the best, most deliciously grilled lobster we have ever eaten, including trips to Maine. Don’t miss this, and arrive hungry. There are folks relaxing with cold beer or a drink, sunning, and walking, but very few. It’s a beautiful place.

I recommend this place 100%. Enoch is very friendly. Every meal is made by him on time. Eating fresh lobster at Pincess Diana Beach is a really nice experience. It is important that you order in advance. Toilet is available on site.
