As a stand out with East Coast Property Rentals starting from as low as US$100per night - It’s no wonder some properties are snapped up weeks/months/years in advance 🇧🇧

Disappointed. Seaside managed my short term rental property for 18 months. In that time I never received one booking from them and I never once saw my property promoted on any of their social media sites. The individual property managers were good but the only real contact I had from Seaside was to request money. We did have an incident where something was stolen but, because they weren’t carrying our inventory checks (as agreed in the contract) we couldn’t establish which guests stole the item. They did reimburse me for this error but, apart from that (and the decent relationships I had with the individual property managers) I found the company itself to be quite cold and impersonal.

I have been dealing with Seaside Realty on an upcoming vacation to Barbados. Adriana who I have been dealing with directly is phenomenal. She is very friendly, attentive and patient. She gives customer service a new meaning. She took the time to respond to all of my questions about the property, local restaurants, island tours etc. Adriana is definitely cut out for the hospitality and property management business. I highly recommend Seaside Realty Barbados!
