one of my favourite hidden gems. the food, the people, the location…nothing misses the mark. i had the pleasure of meeting the gentleman who runs the joint, and his beautiful family; nothing but big smiles and even bigger hearts. coming here has been one of my happiest memories on my trip.

Gordon and his wife run a fantastic little bar on the beach - great food and drinks and very friendly service! Perfect for sunset cocktails. We went there almost every night during our honeymoon before dinner. Can also stop in for a snack after having a swim at their great stretch of beach. 10/10!!

We spent some time at Folkestone beach, rented some beds and got some food and drinks from Sea and Sand Bar. We had heard great things about this place so we had to give it a try. It is really handy if you want to spend the day relaxing on the beach, you have easy access to refreshments. We got some fish cakes and chips. The fish cakes were amazing! Definitely recommend trying them. The prices are very reasonable as well. If you are passing by or want to relax at a quiet spot on the beach, then definitely give this a visit.

Reasonable prices for drinks, intriguing food menu also with reasonable prices. The only downside is that it's cash only; all prices are in Bajan dollars. I guess that cash only keeps the price affordable but it also excludes many tourists that have credit but will probably spend elsewhere. Great sunset views.

Very friendly. The fish cakes and rum punch are delicious and competitively priced. Perfect spot for watching the sun go down. Public washrooms and showers behind which is handy
