This location is a spacious modern full service banking hall, with comfortable seating in the customer service area.
The lines can be long at the tellers sometimes, but there are three automated machines located just inside the entrance. One of these is a state of the art sensor operated machine which counts cash, reads cheques, and saves on envelopes.
My interaction with Personal Banking reps has also been very pleasant, and they exhibit a high level of efficiency and professionalism.

I paid off the putstanding balance of a Scotaibank Barbodos Line of credit a couple years ago. I was contacted by the collections department on September 1, 2022 regarding an outstanding balance.
The outstanding balance is for an annual fee that was charged to my account. I have not lived in Barbados for over 10 years and have not used the card or the account in over 7 years.
I do not need or want the account but I am being harassed by the collections department. I need all annual fees associated with the account reversed and the account closed.

We waited 3hrs in line, in the sun. Scotia Bank has closed many of their customer's accounts without notice. This action has caused many persons to wait in line to pay loans etc. Horrible, Horrible service. Do better Scotia Bank.

Eat a hearty breakfast before you come here , the excruciating slow tellers will encourage you to jump over the counter and choke them, they take pride in seeing customers stupse and throw nasty stares, transactions are 15 to 30 minutes per customer with a 10 min bathroom break in between each ... Customer service = -0.1 🤬
