So I have to update my rating. One man single handedly made me appreciate this company and give it another chance after being failed so badly in the past. Mr JD Smith oh my I appreciate his dedication, his professionalism. He is stellar! I know that because of him sagicor you have retained me.as a customer. Respect Mr Smith. I hope our paths don't meet again lol but I appreciate you and your work ethic.

I had trouble finding this branch but I was very grateful once I did. There was 1 other client in there so I got through very quickly and the cashier answered all my questions and cleared up my concerns.
They are supposed to relocate soon so I may have to figure it out where they are now for next time.

I've always seen the building as I drove past, but assumed it was corporate offices. I must confess I was thrilled to have to go in!! The security staff was super helpful and courteous, and my customer service lady was AWESOME. She made everything so very easy and pleasant. I've never enjoyed a visit to an insurance company before!!!! Hooray sagicor!!
