Great location in St Lawrence Gap. Disabled friendly parking if required. Lifts to all floors. There is a resturant in site but also many around the place too. Harlequin next door is really good. But there are steps to the dining area.

Location was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the view was beautiful. The staff weren’t rude, but they also weren’t particularly friendly. We didn’t get the room we originally booked until the following day, which I learned is a common issue with third party bookings. Some rooms are more updated than others, I was told the deluxe ones are on the newer side. I’d suggest calling ahead to confirm details and ask any questions before your stay. This was my first trip to Barbados, and while the island itself had beautiful beaches, I found that overall the people and businesses weren’t very friendly and often seemed uninterested in tourists.

This hotel is right in the Gap, which means there are bars, restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Most of them are in less than a 5 minute walk and some are even closer than that! The rooms are clean, well equipped with your daily appliance needs (television, air conditioning, microwave, toaster and coffee maker along with a mini fridge/freezer). The cabinets also have a couple of bowls/plates/cups/glasses/utensils which is definitely a plus in my book. AND each room comes with a balcony or if you are on the first floor open up to the pool area etc (or at least from what I observed). People complained in these reviews about the noise levels of the Gap’s surrounding bars etc but the Gap is essentially a party district. If you are staying here it is because you WANT that atmosphere; so why complain?! Yes, the walls are a but thin but it is the Caribbean and that is the NORM here. There were also people in the reviews complaining of the beds because the larger bed is essentially two twin mattresses shoved side by side underneath a fitted sheet. Again, that is the NORM in many Caribbean islands’ hotels. I wont lie, if you are not accustomed to it you will sink into the gap especially if you are trying to cuddle but guess what? Amazon sells the mattress gap fillers; buy one and bring it with you. Too easy!! The pool looks small and shallow but trust me it deceiving because its depth goes up to 7-8 feet and many people can fit inside at once without too much crowding and it is open until 8pm (2000) daily. Initially, it did bother me that the hotel’s restaurant bar was only open from 7am-2pm (0700-1400) but honestly that is all you need because of the food and bar options in walking distance. However, I do think it would be nice if they kept the bar itself open later because you don’t always want to go out out. Sometimes you just want to sit at the hotel at night with a drink, you know.

No spa which is a downer but blank canvas the spa was recommended. Cute botique spa managed by Kiesh. She is the best on the island. I grabbed a pic of other guests leaving great reviews. Love it

The spa is at hotel le roy former infinity on beach hotel. Let the spa manager do your massage ant aches she is the best person to get rid of them and give you any advice. I think she is a doctor too.
