Pros - pick up from our VRBO, staff ensured our gear was on the boat and changed tanks over after the dives. Rinse tanks and storage was available on site making multiple day diving a breeze. Staff assisted on entry and exit on the boat. Shanika was very welcoming.
Cons - previous review from Ben was accurate for them taking their advanced course but not so much for me and my dive buddy as we were in the water with them as Shawn was teaching. I believe it is against PADI standards to be guiding and teaching at the same time. We had to repeat a dive we had done the day before to ensure the advanced group got their depth for the deep dive portion. The dives were rushed and there was no time to stop and explore the wrecks.
The restaurant on site was excellent

not my favorite diving experience. we did 2 days of 2 tank boat dives (we originally booked 3 days but cancelled the last day)... you have to walk across the beach thru the water to the boat... after the dive same but with your gear on. It a bit of a hike on the sand. one of the dms was awesome ... shoutout to shanika she was great and the only reason this was rated as high as it was. The dm we had was also teaching students during our dives. So his focus was them and the dives were pretty much all drift dives. The dm was not interested in finding and pointing out anything. He only wanted to get from point A to point B. the dives were shorter than I am used to ... max 45 mins. They did change our tanks between dives, mostly because the boat was too small to allow all the divers on it to change their own. No one asked about our experience or expectations or limitations. One dive i did not do because the water was too rough and I knew getting back up the ladder would be very difficult. I will admit I am spoiled from diving with amazing crews and for some people this shop would be fine but it was not my preference

Emailed the dive shop to enquire about diving availability / set up before travelling to Barbados and never received a response (so ended up going to another dive shop nearby - which was excellent) . Whilst there, I spoke with a fellow diver from the US and he had the same experience - so they are losing out on custom.I don’t like to post anything negative, they may well be a fantastic dive shop, but unfortunately I never got the chance to find out !

This was our second time diving with Rogers (our first was back in 2016 when we got our Advanced Open Water cert). We had a great time with Rogers and defo reccomend it. We had a couple dives with 8-12 divers. There was never risk of anyone getting lost, but it was pretty easy to miss stuff with such a big group. Other dives had smaller groups (4-6 divers) and the divemaster showed us tons of great stuff. In both cases, there were good vibes galore and the staff was very attentive to everyone's needs and preferences.

Great experience for novice divers, safety video and then Q&A. Safety first attitude and friendly team of professional divers Seth lead us for our dive.
