Brilliant checking in the front desk were great, the beach attendant was brilliant too giving ideas of thoughts to go. Then you get to the front desk manager, victor miller horrible man. I asked if I could move my room, as it’s like a 2 star room and north facing. It was a request, not a complaint. The interaction ended with the conversation ending and me extending my hand to accept I wouldn’t be moved, he did not offer a handshake and walked off. Terrible manager

I wish I had read the reviews before booking. I assumed being a Radisson that it would be on par with Radisson's I've stayed in Europe. Staff I must say were exceptionally friendly and helpful, that proved to be the only real bright point and the only reason why I have it 2 stars rather than 1. The property otherwise feels like it hasn’t had a meaningful investment since the 1980s. The carpets are worn, the furnishings tired, the bathroom decor stuck in another era, and it’s pretty obvious that no serious renovation is planned. Such a shame because the bay is absolutely gorgeous. As for breakfast, for what you pay here I’ve had better quality and a wider spread at 3-star properties. Ultimately I left feeling that the hotel is coasting purely on the location and the service goodwill of the team, rather than on genuine value or infrastructure upkeep.

Radisson This hotel is in a fantastic location. I met the general manager who is a very genuine person, selfless acts of kindness and service. The emplpyees are helpful and insightful. Radisson does not have a spa so I'd recommend booking with Blank Canvas The Spa in St.Lawrence Gap. They are the #1 therapists in Barbados and internationally accredited.

We had a very nice time at this hotel. The staff was exceptional! Very helpful and friendly! Beach was very nice! Rooms were clean and I appreciated the good air conditioning in the room. We always felt fresh and comfortable. Overall, we were very happy at the Radisson.

Straight on to the Pebbles beach. Nice food, can stay on beach all day they serve you food and drink. Local buses easy walk. Friendly staff. Attractions close water sports and horses. Great relaxing holiday.
