I had seen my GP in the UK but after three weeks of the same medication it was still the same. I arrived in Barbados on vacation and a very kind receptionist Janice at South Beach made an appointment for me to see Dr Navin. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. He was so meticulous with great care and attention. He sent testing to the lab and called me the following day with my results and asked me to contact him to let him know how I am feeling in a couple of days. I have experienced that level of care from any private GP in the UK. Great doctor who cares about his patients.

Both my husband and I have seen Doctor Navin Ranchandani the times we are in Barbados. This year it was for dengue and other issues. I cannot say enough about his wonderful care. He is truly a caring doctor, calling us at night to make sure we are ok, answering his texts and phone calls within minutes. He has the equipment that provides quick dengue results and monitors you carefully. Working over the weekend and holidays to care for his patients. We have recommended him to many of our friends and they love him. He is simply THE BEST!

Dr Navin gave us top notch care when we had an accident with my 6 month old. He was able to direct us on where to get X-rays and refer us to an orthopedic specialist. All within 24hrs! He even called to check up on my son after our ortho visit. We probably wouldn't have got the same level of care back in Toronto from our own pediatrician. We are forever grateful for Dr Navin's care during a very stressful time.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ramchandi and found the experience to be a lot less anxious than expected. For a first time interaction he was able to create an atmosphere where I felt comfortable being frank and open and I found that he reciprocated in kind, in a manner that broke down the walls 🧱 and made me sufficiently comfortable that this Doctor sees me as a person and not as number. I found him to be very knowledgeable on the area of concern and what i love most is that he was more focused on me being able to maintain a healthy and enjoyable standard of living as opposed to trying to see how many different types of medication he could get me subscribed to.

To my surprise, he was able to provide me with the results within just 5 minutes. This is a remarkable feat, as blood test results typically take days to come back from an external lab. Dr. Ramchandani's quick turnaround provided me with great peace of mind, as I was able to discuss my health status on the spot. In addition to his efficiency, Dr. Ramchandani demonstrated a high level of thoroughness and kindness throughout the appointment.
