The BEST car rental company in all my travels, especially because of Kareem. From start to finish he was so kind, friendly, and truly a great person. I rented a vehicle that was brand new and beautiful for 6 days while on Tortola. Communication with Kareem via WhatsApp was fantastic from making my reservation to dropping off the car. He picked me up from the airport upon arrival and dropped me off at the ferry on departure. Do not hesitate. This company is AMAZING!! Thanks again for the hospitality!!

I used Priority Car Rental for my 2 weeks in Tortola BVI and Kareem was very pleasant and easy to communicate with from Reserving, to Pick Up and to Drop Off. His Rates were very Fair and affordable as well. I had some flight delays so I arrived later than expected and Kareem was very flexible in meeting me right at the Ferry Terminal with my Jeep as soon as I stepped off the ferry. The Jeep Renegade was like brand new, pristine condition, clean inside and out. The 4WD worked flawlessly and got me safely around the Island during my stay. Kareem was also very flexible with dropping off the Jeep for Return, the return process was a breeze! I will most definitely be using Priority Car Rental on my next stay on Tortola. I would highly, highly recommend Kareem and Priority Car Rental to everyone staying on Tortola BVi and in need of a dependable, affordable and hassle free rental experience!

We had an outstanding experience with Kareem at Priority Car Rental in Tortola. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—he picked us up right on time at the airport and made the entire process incredibly easy.
What really set Kareem apart was his flexibility and communication. We were able to rent a vehicle for a couple of days, leave it at our boat charter, and then pick up another car 10 days later—ending with a smooth drop-off back at the airport. That level of coordination made our trip so much easier.
Both vehicles were in great condition, had 4-wheel drive (which is essential on Tortola!), and were very reasonably priced.
Kareem was responsive, kind, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. This was a complete turnaround from a prior rental experience on the island, and we won’t go with anyone else in the future.

Kareem is the best! He was extremely helpful and very accommodating for our needs. We are glad that we contacted him for a rental. The SUV was just what we needed and was in great condition. We will definitely rent again!

We recommend this place to rent cars in Tórtola. We couldn't get cars available since we traveled at the last minute the we called Priority and they helped us. Kareem also gave us all the information to be able to go by ferry to Virgin Gorda and Jost Van Deyk. Everything was excellent. Kareem was always available to answer our questions.
