I had an amazing experience at Pretti Gurl Swagg Nail Salon! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was lively, friendly, and full of positive energy. The staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable, greeting me with big smiles and genuine warmth. The service was truly excellent — my nail tech was professional, detail-oriented, and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. My acrylic extensions and pedicure turned out beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier. Pretti Gurl Swagg is more than just a salon; it’s a whole vibe! I can’t wait for my next visit!

This was my first time here, and I just wanted to get my nails redone with some designs on all my fingers.
My nails were stripped down and uneven, and there was no proper cleaning or soaking in water beforehand—ew, the first 15 minutes were rough.
To make things worse, they started without all the correct tools and products—using the wrong nail sander and the wrong color. By that point, my nails were already stripped and unkempt.
The end result looked like a middle schooler did it. I should of walked away when they were 10-15 minutes behind. Then rushing to get through my appointment.
This was my charity for this trip.

I did not have a good experience at the Pretti Gurl Swagg Nail Bar. The nail tech cut me multiple times, while doing my cuticles and while shaving down the nails with the electric nail file. One cut was so bad that it became infected (see photos). The sanitation procedures at this nail salon are very questionable. Throughout my appointment, I saw technicians frequently share tools from one table to the next. Were proper sanitary methods used before and after usage of these shared tools? I have my doubts.

I'm so late with this review but it must be commended. The customer service from the lady with the afro, I believe she said her name was Daneisha. I apologize if mispelt it. She was excellent. I was in Barbados for vacation and I saw the salon pop up after searching for nail salons near by so I figured i'd try my luck because I didn't have an appointment but my nails really needed some HELP. She was so inviting and informed me there would a 15 minute wait as I was considered a walk-in and the nail technician would wrap up her service then begin mine. But they'd be more than happy to 'glam me up' as she said. The complimentary tea and water, oh and jolly ranchers were a win.
My nails looked amazing afterwards and I was grateful. The team there is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend
