Customer service o.k but a little slow

Platinum Motors has gotten a bad rap by many who have not been as considerate as could be. I have found them to be just as professional and courteous as any of the top vehicle dealers on the island. I have not found any price, product, or service discrimination. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The facilities are clean and customer oriented. I have to date found no reason to discourage others from using their products or services. Until then, I recommend Platinum Motors.

The customer service provided by Kerry Maynard at Platinum Motors is simply excellent. The process to purchase a Honda was smooth, and any hiccups or uncertainties were addressed quickly and personally.

Excellent spot for Honda vehicles, parts and servicing in Barbados, Sales Department is a bit slow, but eventually you'll get through. I Recommend visiting, if you're in the market for Purchasing a vehicle or need repairs, parts or your Honda need servicing
